Camping Fees: $72.00 total per unit for four (4) nights - before
April 22, 1999.
A Convention Registration Fee of $10 should be remitted to your
temple Recorder or Housing Chairman who will send that fee to
the Florida Shrine Association with your temple's registration.

1. Make all checks for camping fees payable to:
Florida Shrine Convention Association - 1999.
2. Send the portion of this form above the dotted line,
along with your fee of $72 to the Convention Camping

I-75 (North or South) to Exit 39, West 2 miles
4. Hobo Parking. Come together to park together.
5. Two-point hook-ups, 30 amps. Dump stations (2).
6. Gate will open Wednesday, May 5, 1999 at 8:00 a.m.
7. A receipt will be sent to you for your payment.
