The meeting was called to order by President Pro Tem Ted Simpkins at 6:45 P.M.

The Pledge of allegiance and prayer by Ted Simpkins.

Sickness and distress: Daniel Dale has circulation problems. Scott Johnson’s mother-in-law passed away.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer’s report: none

The next meeting will be on Jan. 25, 2007 at Sarasota Lodge #147.

A certificate of thanks honoring Scott Johnson was available to present to him at the next meeting.

R:.W:. Dick Martinez is going for South and gave a presentation outlining his experiences in finance and real estate.

There was a big discussion on the need to increase membership.
