Frank is a native of Sussex County, New Jersey. He married his wife Diane in 1962. They moved to Sarasota in 1998. Frank received the Three Symbolic Degrees of Freemasonry in Sarasota Lodge No. 147 and was raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason on August 20, 2001. He received his Blue Proficiency Card in 2004, and served as Master of Sarasota Lodge No. 147 in 2005. He became a Perpetual Member in 2005, and served as Perpetual Membership Committeeman. Frank was the District Instructor for the 27th Masonic District in 2006 and 2009. He is a member of the 27th Masonic District Master Mason Association and served as Vice President in 2004. Frank has been a member of the Valley of Tampa Scottish Rite, the Sarasota Scottish Rite Club and Sahib Shriners since 2001. In 2009, he was the Master of the rededicated Past Masters’ Unit at Sahib Shriners. His love and dedication to the Masonic fraternity is evident is his accomplishments.

Frank’s wife Diane has been elected High Priestess of Sar-I Court No. 79 of the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America. Diane and Frank are active in the Misty Creek Country Club. They enjoy golf, traveling and assisting Southeastern Guide Dog Association by acting as a host family for “Heather,” a breeder dog. “Heather” was recently retired and is now a permanent part of the family! Diane & Frank have two children and five grandchildren.
